Dispatched for a fluid spill from a minor MVA on Carrico Mills Rd near the Thoms Rd intersection. Arrived on scene to find a minor 2 vehicle MVA with no injuries, fluid was contained and SERV-2 remained on scene to assist VSP with traffic control until vehicles were removed from roadway.
