Dispatched for a tractor trailer rollover on Rte 29 north of Kellys Ford Rd. Arrived on scene to find a tractor trailer loaded w/ alcoholic beverages resting on the drivers side in the median. Operator self extricated no EMS required. RE-2 remained on scene for traffic control until the arrival of VSP
